DISIPLIN: Intervista

ENGLISH VERSION

1) The arrival to a certain kind of ideology was spontaneous or that was your intent in previous years? Nowadays you still interested in the anticosmic issues of the past years?

It was natural. It came as a gradual process, but was sparked by the birth of my two daughters, and has kept on evolving ever since. This was 2004.
I am not, and have not been very interested in satanism, but studied and used it for band related stuff, such as lyrics and for the iamge of the band. It was just the way it was «supposed to be».

2) Musically, what is left of Disiplin that once? Do you think that the classic sound of black metal is obsolete ?

Musically it is still the same person composing the material, but it is not standard black metal anymore. Not that I am not satisfied with the two first albums, but I much more enjoy the new music.

3) How do you think music can be useful in a "political" context? Your adherence to National Socialism is a purely spiritual or is addressed to a practical purpose?

If one were to use music to influence people politically, I think choosing a genre a bit more wide reaching than black metal would be useful. My purpose with Disiplin and Weltenfeind is to inspire and provide entertainment for likeminded individuals.
The National Socialistic worldview is all encompassing, including all issues from religious, political, practical and so forth.

4) I found very well done and effective the industrial and inhuman atmosphere of Radikale Randgruppe. This is the final incarnation of Disiplin or you are open to further changes and influences?

The direction I am taking seems to be taking Disiplin further and further away from black metal, and into the sphere of martial, industrial and classical music. Not so much open to new influences, as I am in just evolving and progressing as a musician and a human being.

5) Certainly you know the facts that are happening in Japan .... it seems that the song Nuclear Catharsis is finding a new meaning ... what do you think about?

Well, the song is about how the modern world needs to collapse before a new can begin. A possible scenario for this is a nuclear disaster, thus a nuclear cleansing. I do not hope for such of course, as it would do tremendous damage to nature.

6) On the site www.wolf-axis.com/ I saw you also interested in photography and graphic arts in general. How did this other passion?

I am very interested in photography, and I work as a graphic designer. Those interested in seeing more of my photos and design, as well as news, updates and so forth, can check http://kamporgan.blogspot.com.
